Unless another return policy is indicated on the item, products sold at roosterboosterproducts.com are covered by the following Standard Return Policy. All products covered under this Standard Return Policy are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

All returns must include the following:
1. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at roosterbooster@myonlinecomputerstore.com please include your Invoice Number or Order Number in the email.

2. Copy of packing slip included with the returned item(s). Please write the RMA number on the enclosed copy of the packing slip and on the outside of the shipping box.

All items must be returned within 30 days of the Invoice Date. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse.

The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase for all items that are returned for a refund.
